Airport Information Desk and Facilities

Information and Help Desk
The airport customer service office is available daily 0815-2100 for enquiries. Information desks can be found throughout the terminal and in the automated people mover stations on each concourse. Multi-lingual customer service representatives are also available throughout the airport to provide passengers with assistance. In the Atrium, there is a visitor centre, providing tourist information available from the Atlanta CVB (tel: 404 305 8426). Volunteer hosts are also on hand to answer questions on the airport and Atlanta.

Money and phone:
Bureaux de change and ATMs are to be found throughout the terminals. A bank and a post office are also available in the Atrium.
Eating and drinking: There are numerous restaurants and fast-food outlets, offering a wide variety of international cuisine.
Shopping: The airport has various gift and souvenir shops. Duty-free is also available.
Luggage services: There are lockers are available at Wrap-A-Bag in the southwest area of the Atrium; lockers beyond security checkpoints are out of service until further notice. Lost property is handled by the Atlanta Airline Terminal Corporation (tel: 404 530 2100).
Other facilities: The airport offers a chapel and a medical centre, as well as AED units (defibrillators).

Conference and Business Facilities
The Executive Conference Center (tel: 800 713 1359 toll free or 404 761 6116) offers 23 meeting rooms, equipped with telephones, fax, photocopying, videoconferencing, audiovisual facilities, teleconferencing and PC workstation/laptop facilities; all of these may be booked on an hourly/daily basis. Laptop Lane centres offer a meeting room in the Atrium venue; Internet connection and business facilities are available, including telephone, fax, printing, photocopying and workstations. Different airline lounges for business-class passengers are available at the airport. A concierge service can be found in the North Terminal baggage reclaim area, with various business services available.

Disabled Facilities
The airport is fully accessible for disabled passengers. It provides TDD phones, elevators and ramps. Parking spaces for disabled drivers are available in all car parks at the airport; spaces are clearly signposted and are located in close proximity to the airport's main terminal. The long-term parking shuttle is wheelchair-accessible. It is recommended for passengers requiring wheelchairs and special assistance to inform their airline at the time of booking.
